Coming off of a win against Evanston, 39 to 23, the Sheridan Broncs basketball team is now placed fourth in the state among the other 4A teams. Sophomore Dylan Daniels said that the win over Evanston was one of the more exciting and exhilarating moments of the season for both himself and the team.

With this win under their belt, the team is looking forward to the rest of the season. “We are in good condition and have really improved on our defense, “ said Junior Reed Ritterbush.

Head Coach Gale Smith adds, “the team chemistry is good and we shoot the ball pretty well… we are really starting to improve, so things are looking up. “ With a 5-5 season, the boys are ready to get the ball rolling and work towards their team goal of making it to state competition.

“The team is young and inexperienced but passionate,” said Smith. The boys play Billings West on Friday and Natrona on Saturday.
